If something on a clinic page is wrong, send the link to the page here and the link to the clinic's own page that shows the right information. Records are corrected from the clinic's site, not from a message alone, because that is where every line here comes from.

If you run a clinic and want your page removed, say so and it comes down. If you want it updated, the quickest way is to publish the information on your own site and send the link.

If a clinic is missing, send its name, city and website. Clinics are added when they have a working site of their own in one of the destinations covered.

If you know of an incident involving a listed clinic, send the public source: a government notice, a regulator's action, a court record or a news report. Incidents are listed only with a public source, never from a private account, which is also why there are no reviews here.
